Drawing window reference system hidden by default in Digi3D.NET version 2025.0

We have hidden the option to specify the drawing window reference system on the "Drawing file" tab of the "New project" dialog box by default. This option is only needed in very specific situations and can cause errors for users who do not fully understand its meaning.
