Privacy policy

Our privacy policy is shown below. If we change our privacy policy, we will send you an email so you can review the policy again.

WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR DATA?

The data controller is DREAMING WITH OBJECTS, S.L., with Tax ID (NIF) B-82959586. DIGI21's contact details are as follows:

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

When you create an account on our server, we store the following data: first name, last name, company name, phone number, Tax ID (NIF), address, email address, and the result of applying a mathematical formula to your password. We never store your password on our server, so we cannot send it to you if you forget it. If you forget your password, we will send you a link to set a new password.

When you connect to our server, the connection is secured using the HTTPS protocol. You can always check the status of our SSL certificate in your browser's address bar. When you connect to an SSL server, information is always transmitted in encrypted form, making it impossible for anyone to intercept it. The information is stored on an encrypted SQL server. Communication with this server is also encrypted and can only take place from our web server's IP address.

When you pay on our website by credit card, we use Sermepa's RèdSys payment gateway. Your credit card details are therefore entered on your own bank's payment gateway rather than on our website. We receive an OK indicating that payment was successful, or a KO indicating that it was not. We have no way of knowing your credit card details.

If you make a payment on our website (whether you rent or buy an application), we store the invoice on our server so you can download it as many times as you want. We can view all invoices issued by the server.

If you download an application from our website, we record that you have downloaded it. This allows us to identify and contact those who downloaded an application if we find a fault in it. In practice, we have never done this in 20 years.

When you register a dongle in Manage my dongles, we store the dongle's Key ID and public key on our server so we can generate license files that can only be decrypted with your dongle.

Since we allow you to assign an alias, an activation password, an administration password, and a maximum number of activation days to your dongle, we also store this information on our servers.

If you rent an application on a dongle using the link Rent a product, we store on our servers the Key ID of the dongle on which you rented it, the applications you rented, and the latest date on which those applications may be used.

When you activate a computer on a dongle using the Activate Computer application, we store the dongle's Key ID, an identifier of your computer called the Host Fingerprint that includes, among other things, the serial numbers of your computer's processors, motherboard, and hard drives, the IP address from which activation was performed, and the date and time of activation.

If a computer is activated (or an attempt is made to activate it) on a dongle, we send the IP address and the date and time of the activation or attempted activation to the dongle's owner.

If you request a demo of one of our applications on our website using the link Request a demo, and we grant it, we store on our server the Key ID of the dongle for which we granted the demo, together with the demo's end date.

If you activate a dongle using the protection system from before October 1, 2014 (InfoLlave 2007) through the link Activate dongle with InfoLlave 2007 we store on our server the fact that you have activated that dongle.

If you link an InfoLlave 2007 dongle to your account, we store in the database the fact that the dongle belongs to you.

When we (the Digi21 team) connect to our server, all pages providing user information such as phone numbers and invoices require two-step authentication. This means that each time we try to perform any operation, we must enter a password that changes every 30 seconds. Thus, in the hypothetical event that a hacker obtained our login password, they could do no more than browse the website as a regular user.

TO WHOM MAY WE DISCLOSE THE DATA?

We do not disclose any personal data to third-party companies. The data is only used by the companies with sales rights for our products: DREAMING WITH OBJECTS SL and TOPOBIT INFORMATICA Y TOPOGRAFIA SL.
