A3 sensor

December 17, 2013 3d Digital camera a3 anaglyph camera pushbroom camera stereoscopy sensor

We have added a new sensor to Digi3D.NET that allows uploading images obtained with the A3 camera of VisionMap. This camera is characterized by using a sensor model called VM Quari-panoramic and the result is one image per pass (as in the Leica ADS40/80 cameras) but taken with a camera that oscillates rapidly instead of a scanning sensor. In the following screenshot you can see an extended zoom of a stereoscopic model obtained with this sensor: Digi3D.NET displaying a model with the A3 sensor and in this other screenshot you can see the detail at the ends of the camera in which you can see the "Strips" that is forming the camera when it oscillates: Detail of a model with the A3 sensor Finally you can see in anaglyph a stereoscopic model to see how a stereoscopic model is visualized with this sensor: A3 sensor in anaglyph
