Improvements to the pyramid image generator

At the request of a user through our technical support pane , we have modified the "Pyramid Image Generator" program to allow us to drag folders to it in addition to .TIF files. If we drag folders to the program, it will now ask if we want to include the .TIF files located in that folder and subfolders, so if we have a folder structure, we do not have to go subfolder by subfolder selecting files. In addition, we have modified the program so that it does not allow selecting the same file multiple times.
