Load 16-bit JPEG 2000 orthophotos and orientations from .aux.xml files

We have added the possibility of loading in the drawing window (because in the photogrammetry it was already supported) orthophotos in JPEG2000 format of 16 bits. Until today only JPEG2000 of 8 bits could be loaded.

In addition, we have added the ability to load orientations from .aux.xml files instead of only World File files.
