Added support for PNG images

The command INS_PHOTO of Digi3D.NET allows you to insert an image into a drawing file. Until now, images could only be uploaded in the following formats:

JPEG
ECW
TIF
BMP
SID

We have just added the ability to also upload images in Portable Network Graphics (.PNG) format, so that you can now insert these types of images into drawing files. You can see this new functionality in the following video:
