Added support for character encoding in DBF files associated with Shapefiles
We have just added to Digi3D.NET support for storing the encoding with which texts are stored within .DBF database files associated with Shapfiles. Until now, the program did not store or read the encoding parameter in the .DBF file, so it was necessary to indicate in the input cover the encoding with which the records were stored. From now on the program will take into account the parameter indicated in the input cover only when it is responsible for creating the database file or when the database to be loaded does not report the encoding. If the file already exists and it reports its encoding, Digi3D.NET will use as encoding the one indicated in the file itself. In addition, we have modified the list of possible encodings, so that now the program is compatible with the rest of SIG programs on the market.
