Activate computer

If you connect a dongle to a computer, you will not be able to use it until you activate the computer in the dongle. This is to prevent theft, as you will see below we have added security mechanisms to prevent theft. The owner of a dongle can manage their keys on the page http://www.digi21.net/MisLlaves This page allows us to associate an alias to each of our keys as well as an activation password and a maximum number of days of activation. We can specify a different password for each dongle, and we can change it as many times as we want. What is the password for? The program will ask for this password to activate the computer in the key. If the user who intends to activate the dongle does not know the password, it will not be able to activate the computer in the dongle and therefore will not be able to use it. We can also indicate on the website a maximum number of days of activation. We recommend that you set a low value, because if a key is stolen, we will replace it from the maximum activation date for that key, so if the maximum activation date is one week after the theft, we would replace the key in one week (you would have to pay the support). If the highest activation is for three years, we would have to wait three years to replace the dongle. When a dongle is activated, we immediately send the key owner an email indicating the IP address of the computer where the dongle has been activated. If an attempt is made to activate a dongle and the password is unknown, we also send an email to the owner indicating that someone who did not know the password has attempted to activate the dongle. On the website you can also check the rental and activation history of a particular dongle. In the following video you can see the program in action: [youtube:http://youtu.be/H0EgPPMaxHo]
